Hojicha Tea

Hojicha Tea is a Japanese roasted green tea made with a 3rd flush Bancha leaf, known as Senbancha in the tea industry. The leaves are steamed, dried, and then roasted at a low heat, resulting in a reddish color and unique flavor.
