You can browse our products and place orders directly through our website. Select your desired items, add them to your cart, and choose between "Shipping" or "In-store Pick-up" during checkout.
4. Do you offer local pick-up?
Yes! You can choose "In-store Pick-up" when checking out. Once your order is ready, we’ll notify you to come pick it up at our store.
5. How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes between 3-7 business days depending on your location.
6. What is your return policy?
Consumable products and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable. Should you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to us at hello@shafablends.com within 7 days of delivery for assistance. We may accept returns or exchanges for certain non-food items that remain unused and in their original packaging. Please be aware that customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for any returns or exchanges.
