When will my item ship?
*Due to COVID-19 updated operations, processing times for order fulfillment may take up to 10 days, although most orders ship out long before. Thanks for your patience and shopping small!*
We process and ship your order and quickly as we can, please allow up to 5-7 days (although most packages ship out in less time). We are an artisan small-business, and each order is filled as it is received for freshness and quality. If you selected "In-store Pick-up", we will notify you when your package is ready. It typically takes 1 day for your order to be ready for in-store pick-up.
I am not seeing the option for Farmers' Market pick-up, how can I place an order for market pick-up?
Most of our products are configured for market pick-up, but if you don't see the option, send an email to email@example.com and we'll sort it out!
Where is my order? Shouldn't it be here by now?
Upon confirmation of your order, you will receive a link to your order status page. There you will see a tracking number that you can use to track your package. If you need assistance in navigating the order status page or have additional questions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that many carriers are currently experiencing delays in operations, therefore that may affect shipments we send out as well. Unfortunately that is out of our control, but we will do everything we can to help you get your package!

As of now, we only ship within the U.S. If you'd really like to try our blends, please email us at email@example.com and we will try our best to come up with a solution.
