Shipping information update: We have moved our blending room to a new location, so all orders placed on or after February 28th, 2018 will be shipped from our new address.
When will my item ship?
We process and ship your order and quickly as we can, please allow up to 5 days (although most packages ship out in less time). We are an artisan small-business, and each order is filled as it is received for freshness and quality. If you selected "In-store Pick-up", we will notify you when your package is ready. It typically takes 1 day for your order to be ready for in-store pick-up.
Where is my order? Shouldn't it be here by now?
Upon confirmation of your order, you will receive a link to your order status page. There you will see a tracking number that you can use to track your package. If you need assistance in navigating the order status page or have additional questions, please email email@example.com.
Do you ship internationally?
As of now, we do not ship internationally. If you'd really like to try our blends, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our best to come up with a solution.
I received my order but something was broken/missing, what should I do?
