Return Policy

Online Orders

  • Unopened products purchased through our online store may be returned within 10 days for a full refund.

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and reflect the price paid at the time of purchase.

  • Shipping fees paid on your original order are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are processed once the returned product is received and inspected.

In-Store Purchases

Returns With a Receipt

  • Unopened products purchased within 10 days can be refunded to the original form of payment.

  • Credit card refunds must be issued to the same card used for the purchase.

Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with any tea or spice product purchased within the last 10 days, we can replace the item or help you choose something new.

Pickup Purchases

  • Pickups cancelled within 10 days can be refunded to the original form of payment.

  • Pickups held for over 30 days will result in a refund to store credit.
