90s Wild Arbor Ripe Pu'erh

This robust, ripe pu'erh from semi-wild Arbor trees in Menghai was harvested in 1999 and dry-stored in Kunming. It has matured into a mellow, smooth tea. Over 20 years of careful aging have developed deep notes of dark bourbon and honey, with an aromatic profile reminiscent of damp forest floors, dried grass, and subtle camphor. 

The liquor is clean, smooth, and remarkably free of astringency. Properly stored, this tea will continue to improve with age, becoming even more refined and rounded. 

For the best tea-drinking experience, we recommend using a gaiwan and enjoying multiple infusions.
