Turkish Kebab Spice

Enhance the flavor and tenderness of your chicken or ground meat by mixing this flavorful blend to create a delicious kebab dish. If the meat is in chunks, spread the seasoning mixed with lemon juice and a small amount of yogurt as a marinade. For the marinade, combine 1 tbsp. of Greek yogurt and 4 tbsp. of Shafa Blends' Turkish Kebab Spice. Place the meat in a container and pour the marinade over it, then refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. When ready, skewer the meat and grill or broil to perfection. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent them from burning. Enjoy the deliciousness.
