Cut 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts into bite size and saute high heat for 5 minutes, set aside. In a large pan over medium heat caramelize 1/2 cup of minced onion, garlic add salt and 8 oz of canned chopped tomatoes simmer for 15 minutes. Add cup of heavy cream and chicken simmer for 30 minutes Garnish with cilantro. Serve with rice. Use two teaspoons of this blend.
