This seasoning is made from quality pick of wild Malawian bird’s eye chilies from the untamed land of Africa. Be warned, though, because this one’s intensely (but bearably) hot, which is just about perfect for chili lovers and those who are up for some extra-extra spicy challenge!

Sauté chopped pork belly (about medium-sized cubes) in skillet under medium high heat until slightly brown. Remove from pan and set aside. Sauté chopped garlic and onions until slightly brown then add in the pork belly again. Finally stir in a tablespoon each of sweetened shrimp paste and our Malawi PeriPeri Seasoning, a cup of coconut milk, half a cup of tomato sauce, salt and pepper to taste, cut stringed beans, and sliced eggplants. Set heat on medium and let it simmer for 10 to 15 minutes with occasional stirring. Finally, serve this bright red, creamy and spicy dish to a sizzling dinner delight at home!
