Caspian Blackened Fish
This blend brings complex flavors that complement fish like tilapia, cod and rockfish. Rub 4 teaspoons on each piece of fish. Heat some oil in a pan, and cook each side for 2-3 minutes until fish flakes apart. Make a marinade by mixing in with olive oil and lemon juice.
